The ideal location of the villa, halfway between the cities of Parma and Modena, will allow you to discover the historical and cultural cities of Bologna, Mantova, Ferrara, the castles of the Duchy as well as the culinary heritage of Emilia-Romagna known worldwide for the production of Parma ham, Parmigiano Reggiano, balsamic vinegar and the Tortellini.
THE ROOMS:
The 8 rooms, spread over 2 houses, are tastefully decorated with antique furniture, contemporary art objects and family souvenirs. The owners, creators in the 1970s of the "Maska" brand, brought their personal touch and made the decoration of each room unique. All of them are equipped with bathroom, hair-dryer, wifi connection, fan and enjoy nice views on the park.
The rooms, located on the 1st floor, in the stone house have a more countryside spirit. In the living-room, one can find a frigo-bar and the herbal tea corner. On the first floor, there is also a spacious apartment with an independent entrance, 2 double bedrooms, one of which opens onto the living/dining room, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. For fashion enthusiasts, a collection of Vogue magazines from the 70's to 80's is exposed in the library.
The elegant villa, located opposite the stone house, features 4 spacious and comfortable bedrooms. Original photos of the "Maska" brand collections taken by R. Erdman and fashion sketches adorn the walls of the rooms. With their large ogival windows overlooking the park, original parquet flooring, high ceilings, each of them has a unique character and a particular atmosphere. Some rooms of the villa may be more exposed to noise from the small road that runs along the estate.
