How to use artisanal balsamic vinegar in cooking?
Discover in the presence of the producer Mariangela Montanari, and through simple and tasty recipes, how to use balsamic vinegar and Saba sauce in cooking.

The course will begin with the chef preparing an original starter with balsamic vinegar, making fresh ravioli-type pasta, preparing Grissini bread to accompany various savoury delicacies, a dessert with almond cream, parmesan, pear and Saba sauce. Lunch will be accompanied by 2 glasses of organic wines from Emilia-Romagna and will end with some Cantucci accompanied by a “Just for friends” must liqueur.
