The course will begin with the chef preparing an original starter with balsamic vinegar, making fresh ravioli-type pasta, preparing Grissini bread to accompany various savoury delicacies, a dessert with almond cream, parmesan, pear and Saba sauce. Lunch will be accompanied by 2 glasses of organic wines from Emilia-Romagna and will end with some Cantucci accompanied by a “Just for friends” must liqueur.
