Voted the French people's favorite dish in 2016, and acclaimed by the famous fictional character, Garfield, lasagna has won the hearts and plates of thousands of people around the world.

Oven dishes such as lasagna are part of the traditional dishes during the Carnival period. Let's take advantage of the week of Shrove Tuesday to celebrate this holiday and discover the authentic recipe for Neapolitan lasagna with our Neapolitan chef.
