A fun and creative workshop to learn how to make homemade pizza dough in the Neapolitan style, knead it, roll it out, shape it, use the right tomato sauce, season the pizza with organic aromatic herbs, garlic and a few olives.
Bake your pizza in the oven and let's enjoy it together! The pizza will be served with an aperitif and a glass of wine from a small producer in Campania.
Paolo will share with you the history of his city, its traditions and will tell you about his family home which houses a charming guest house in the heart of Naples.
