A culinary trip in Emilia-Romagna
Discover with the producer Mariangela Montanari, and through simple and tasty recipes from starter to dessert, how to make Tortelloni and use the diverse balsamic vinegar sauce in cooking.

The course will begin with the chef preparing an original starter with balsamic vinegar, making fresh tortelloni-type pasta, preparing Grissini bread to accompany various savoury delicacies, a dessert with almond cream, parmesan, pear and Saba sauce.
Lunch will be served with 2 glasses of organic wines from Emilia-Romagna and will end with some Cantucci and a glass of “Just for friends” liqueur.
