A culinary trip in Umbria around the black truffle

The black truffle, an edible mushroom from the Tuberaceae family, is recognized by the finest gourmets as the "black diamond." On the nose, it offers an incomparable, powerful aroma; a unique blend of damp undergrowth, earth, humus, and mushroom. On the palate, it reveals a precious balance between crunch and softness, with a taste that is both subtle and refined.

For the dinner, we'll take you to Umbria and offer a four-course black truffle menu with food and wine pairings. Aperitif, wines and liquor are included.
