The villa is located in the less touristic part of Tuscany. From there, you will be able to reach the beautiful natural park of Maremma with its wild beaches and pine forests, the thermal baths of Saturnia, the WWF park of Orbetello, the city of Siena, the lovely town of Montepulciano and the fishing villages of Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole. The historical and gastronomic towns of Scansano, Pitigliano, Massa marettima can be reached easily from the villa. For shopping, the nearest village of Istia d'Ombrone is located at 10km.
THE ROOMS:
The villa on 2 floors has 4 double bedrooms, 2 of which have twin beds, 5 bathrooms, a spacious living room with fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, a furnished outdoor area, a washing machine, dryer, accessory for ironing and a private car park. The villa is equipped with air conditioning and heating. Dinners can be taken in the dining room or outside under the pergola. Linen change is scheduled once a week, towels twice a week.
